 It is now the most grape of all. There have been many attempts to get it. But it is going up day by day. It is appropriate to say that we are going down, rather than the grapes going up.

     There are many reasons why we are alienated from health. There are many reasons for the death of Karna. The main reason I see them is that they are addicted to taste. But we can't fault ourselves for this. Because once and for all, our favorite, varietal food is not always available where and when we want it. There are many varieties, new varieties of food and pile rafts available now and then. We have money to buy but no material to find.

     An important question here - is this food healthy for us? Or are you sick? Certainly not to say that it is sick. It is undoubtedly the taste of the tongue in the mouth that makes us sick. When we eat this food, we can not eat any fruit. But we do this every day, every day and eat the same thing. We are sick.

Health
    Health is more… To live healthy, to be healthy, at least we have to know what the elders have to say.

Pure air (found with little effort).
Water is good for the body and not enough water (we are not consuming it).
Food with nutritional value (for tasting priority, nutritional value is sacrificial).
Exercise to strengthen the body (at least 1 hour of walking).
Proper excretion (disposing of waste in all possible ways from the body).
Get enough rest for the body (at least 6 hours of comfortable sleep).
Finally, if you get sick, the body is given a chance to repair it. For this, fasting means resting for digestion.
     We are not able to meet any of these needs of the body properly. That is why we become unhealthy grapes. From the birth of children to the old and the old, we are suffering from diseases.

     The cause of this loss of health and disease, we have to blame, and the society around us more and more. There are a few that can be combined with our effort to address the above health needs. But for the most part society is in the hands. I mean, controlling them is not possible for us as individuals.

     Are we giving the body a chance?

     Here's another important point we should think about. With so many things in the hands of society, are we trying to avoid the disease of disease? Not. Are we giving ourselves a chance to repair ourselves, at least for the body? Not.

     Whenever there are small and minor ailments, the body has the power to repair itself if we give it a chance. But we have long forgotten this. If the big and big ailments are set aside, we are not even prepared to endure the minor ailments or symptoms for at least a few hours.

     For example, suppose we did a little cold. That bothers you for at least 3 days to a week. And then the same goes down. Doctors say that if you take medication or not, the cold will decrease in 7 days. That means the body naturally fights with it and wins. But what we are doing is, when the colds start, we use whatever medications, pills, and injectables. These drugs reduce the disease and block the body's immunity. And that cold will bother us for more than a week.

Destroying the immunity of young children


     In the case of young children, we can behave worse. If they make any small difference, we immediately take them to the hospital, take drugs and destroy their immunity. We say that love is the reason for it. We seduce ourselves to see if they are suffering. But it is too bad that we do not even consider that they are destroying their health in the long run.

What to do?

     In this case, we know what is the minimum we need to do to protect our health….
